Dr. Quadri has been a part of Alliance for over the past 5 years. He received his medical degree in London, England. In primary his role, he leads a team of dedicated clinical and operational experts. His main focus is clinical operations and recruiting management. He believes that reducing physician costs for the hospital is the main goal for all hospital systems and strives to reach that goal when working in tandem with their administration. By optimizing operational efficiency this has led to great outcomes, including better patient experiences, decreased readmissions, and shorter hospital stays. Before joining our team Dr. Quadri had multiple operational positions at different locations all over Chicago with different physician groups. For the past 4 years he has been working directly with the City of Chicago and Illinois Department of Public Health to help fight the Coronavirus pandemic.

Mustafa Syed M.D, M.H.A is the Director of Business Development and Operations at Alliance. Dr. Syed completed his medical degree at Windsor University School of Medicine and his master’s degree in healthcare administration at the University of Cincinnati. Since joining Alliance in 2023, Dr. Syed has worked within the administration of Alliance and its ancillary services, as well as focused responsibilities on patient satisfaction, client relations, and business development. With a life-long passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Syed is dedicated to creating service lines and adequate coverage for outreach to historically underserved communities.

As Director of Customer Success, Matt Wilp brings 18 years of healthcare operations experience to Alliance Health Staffing. Starting his career in hospital business development in academic medicine, Matt was able to successfully oversee physician recruitment, provider relations, affiliation hospital relations and the organizations outreach strategy. Following his tenure in the hospital setting, he starting consulting and building relationships in both telemedicine and hospital quality improvement. Most recently he has developed and implemented thriving customer success programs in the AI and medical 3D printing space.
